Service Description
The Early Development Phase builds on the foundations of individual skill by introducing simple collective behaviours, support play and decision making. Players continue to develop strong technical ability while learning how to play with and support teammates within realistic game situations. Players can apply to join the programme at any time. Applications are reviewed to ensure players are placed in the most appropriate development phase based on age, experience and current level.

Cancellation Policy
Eligibility & Registration The Grassroots Development Programme is open to boys and girls aged U7–U13. All bookings must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Attendance & Commitment The programme is designed as a weekly development programme. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over. Places are held only while the subscription remains active. Behaviour & Conduct Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, teammates, and facilities at all times. CEC Sport reserves the right to withdraw a player from the programme if behaviour is deemed inappropriate. Cancellations & Weather Sessions may be cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, notice will be given in advance. No refunds are issued for cancellations outside CEC Sport’s control. Additional make-up sessions will be added if possible. Safeguarding CEC Sport operates in line with best-practice safeguarding standards. Parents remain responsible for players before and after sessions.
